First Impressions

The SMOANT Knight AIO made a solid first impression. It’s a 90-watt device with Boro tank compatibility and a removable 18650, all in a compact AIO format. Out of the box, it feels lightweight but solid, thanks to the transparent PCTG outer shell wrapped around an aluminum chassis. It has that industrial-meets-futuristic vibe that I actually quite like. I didn’t expect this much functionality in something that looks and feels this portable.
Design and Build Quality

Design-wise, the Knight AIO punches above its weight. The see-through body lets you view your pod, battery and chipset at a glance, which is both cool and genuinely useful. The build feels sturdy, even though the clear PCTG shell might be prone to light scratches. The pod holds 5 milliliters of juice and slots in easily, held down with strong magnets. Same goes for the battery door. At 96 by 51 by 26 millimeters, it sits comfortably in the hand without feeling chunky. The whole thing feels well thought out and satisfying to use.
Performance and Flavor

The Knight AIO uses SMOANT’s K-Series coils. I tried both the 0.4-ohm coil rated for 35 to 50 watts and the K-5 0.15-ohm coil rated up to 90 watts. Flavor output is impressive across the board. The 0.4-ohm coil delivers a smooth, flavorful vape that works great with fruit and dessert juices. The K-5 ramps things up with denser vapor and warmer hits, perfect for those who like a bit more punch. Overall, flavor delivery was clean, with no muddiness or dry spots, even during longer draws.
You get an adjustable rotary airflow ring, and it’s smooth to operate. You can fine-tune it from a tighter MTL-ish draw to a looser restricted DTL. It doesn’t get ultra tight, but there’s enough range to please most users. I ran it wide open with the K-5 coil and got a nice balance of airflow and warmth. For a device this small, the airflow system works surprisingly well.
The mesh coils lasted me around 90 to 100 milliliters of juice before I noticed a drop in flavor, which is pretty respectable. Both fill ports—on the back and the side—are easy to access and secure. Just don’t fill too fast or you’ll trap air. Refilling is quick and clean, and the clear pod lets you see how much juice is left without pulling it out.
Battery and Charging

The device runs on a single 18650 battery, which is removable. Depending on your coil and wattage, you’ll get a good day of moderate use. It supports 2-amp USB-C charging, so top-ups are fast if you don’t have a spare battery on hand. Still, the removable cell gives you flexibility when you’re out and about. I ran it at 50 watts for most of my testing and had zero battery-related complaints.
Max’s Experience

I’ve used a lot of AIOs, and I’ve got to say, this one feels different. Not because it’s the absolute best at any one thing, but because it does so many things well. It fits in the hand, fires fast, flavors pop, and it gives you room to tweak without needing to dive into advanced settings. I tossed it in my bag, used it on the go, vaped it while watching Netflix, and it never leaked or misfired. It feels like a mod I’d actually keep in rotation—not just test and shelve.
Final Thoughts
The Knight AIO is a solid performer in a surprisingly compact form. It’s customizable, Boro-compatible, and gives both flavor and vapor without overcomplicating anything. The airflow range, dual-fill system and solid flavor make it a great all-rounder. Sure, it doesn’t hit quite as hard as a full-size mod with a custom tank, and the clear shell might scratch a bit over time, but if you want a compact AIO that actually delivers, this is it.
